These classes are for those 16yrs+ who want to focus is on learning trampoline skills for fun! There is no upper skill limit for our adult classes. Don't worry we have a wide range of ages and ability levels. We coach to your level and what you want to get out of the class. Adult Open Bounce is for everyone to come along and bounce! We are the only professional trampolining centre in Scotland! This open bounce is for anyone, if you are a beginner or have trampoline experience, all is welcome. Come along, have fun, make friends and exercise.
